Held annually in St.Petersburg, Russia, this is a major festival. There is
no restriction on theme, though "films praising violence or pornography will
not be accepted." Entries up to 15 minutes long, only one entry per film
maker Those whose films have been selected for the festival (i.e. which get
through the prejudging) will be requested to pay a EURO 10 fee.
They accept PAL: miniDV, DVCAM, DVD videotapes and ask that so far as possible,
you provide a Russian version of the text in the film. Otherwise, provide
a Russian, English or German version of the script for the purpose of
translation.
