The Toti Film Festival takes place in Maribor, Slovenia. It is organised
by the Maribor Film and Video Club. Many film enthusiasts will know the club's
video logo and distinctive theme tune from the opening of cartoons by Franc
Kopic.
Topics: All non-commercial video-films are qualified to participate at the
festival. Maximum length 20 minutes. TV- Norm: NTSC, PAL, SECAM. System:
mini DV, DVD. Category: animated cartoon, fiction, documentary, experimental,
juvenile films (author max. 18 years).
